As we approach the end of 2022, we come to that time of year when the HOA Board of
Directors seek out volunteers. This year we will have two seats open for election on to the
HOA BOD and both seats volunteer for a three-year term. These positions will be elected at the
Annual Meeting on Sunday, December 4th, 2022.
To be considered for a seat on the BOD, the nomination petition needs to be completed.
The petition needs to be submitted no later than 4:30 pm Tuesday, November 1, 2022. During
that evening’s HOA BOD meeting, the Elections Committee will announce the nominees for
election. The qualification requirements and nomination procedures are found in Section 5.3
of the Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation for Fox Point Homeowners
Association.
