There will be a Capital Improvement Committee meeting on Thursday, October 12th at 7pm at the Clubhouse to discuss the proposed Blackstone Entrance information sign. All residents are welcome to attend and offer input regarding this project. The Board is progressing to receive a preliminary approval from Spotsylvania County but details have not been finalized at this time. We hope to see you at the meeting!
