Dear Residents,
We share your concerns about the evolving nature of the coronavirus pandemic and for that reason, we want to keep you informed about updates to our protocol. The CDC continues to cite social distancing as the best way to prevent the spread of coronavirus. It is for this reason that we are temporarily suspending all Clubhouse Rentals and Clubhouse Office hours effective immediately. We understand this may be an inconvenience, but we believe it is in the best interest of all of our residents. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to your community manager. This remains in effect until April 1, 2020 at which point your Board of Directors will reassess the state of affairs and decide the next course of action. Finally, in an effort to help keep our residents protected, we want to remind you that there are a number of ways you can access your resident account remotely. Whether you are feeling under the weather or simply looking to avoid unnecessary trips to our office, using your resident portal to pay assessments or view your account is a great way to reduce risk to you, your family and our community. For all other matters, our team continues to be available via phone (540.891.8677 – FSR Customer Care) and email (kenya.cooper@fsresidential.com) to ensure that the lines of communication remain open to you. Thank you for your tremendous amount of patience with these updates. Your health and well-being are of the utmost importance to us, and while these measures may pose a temporary inconvenience, we believe it’s the right thing to do in order to maintain the welfare of our communities. Please continue to stay tuned to the CDC’s website for regular updates. Our leadership team is monitoring the situation around the clock and will continue to provide ongoing guidance and support.
