It’s Time to Have Your Amenity Passes Renewed
The Clubhouse office will be open on Thursday, 5/28/20 from 4pm to 7pm, and Friday from 12pm to 3pm for amenity pass renewals. Owners must be in good standing with their account in order to renew their amenity passes. The amenity pass is not only used for the pool but also the other facilities including tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, playground, etc. The pool will remain closed until further notice due to the current COVID-19 restrictions.
The updated Amenity Pass form is attached to this email for your convenience can be downloaded here. Please complete and email the form to kenya.cooper@fsresidential.com to expedite the process. New residents can submit a digital photo so that their passes can be made available for pickup at the clubhouse.
Normal clubhouse hours will resume on June 11, 2020. The normal clubhouse hours are: Monday – 10am to 12pm, Wednesday – 4pm to 7pm, and Thursday – 4pm to 7pm.
Storm Water Management Pond Maintenance
The pond behind the clubhouse is scheduled to be treated on Sunday. Groundhogs and beavers are currently being trapped by a licensed trapper at all ponds and the traps are checked daily. The trapping is performed in accordance with to State guidelines. This is a reminder that it is illegal to tamper with or remove animals from these traps.
